How much does a 96 neon water pump cost?

My car started to leak anti-freeze Really fast, so i had to pour water in there to keep it from overheating, so i took it to my mechanic, and left it there overnight, and they call me the next morning and tell me that the water pump needs to be fixed, and a few belts got water damage on them, and a a few driving belts need to be replaced. he said it would come out to be 695.97, does that sound like the right cost?How much does a 96 neon water pump cost?Here's the water pump part cost

If the timing belt and belt tensioner pulley was replaced also, that's the going rate for the job. You have an interference engine and a timing belt driven water pump, so I'm sure they changed the timing belt and if they did a good job, you got billed reasonably.
