Ya I am thinking about buying a 96 Pontiac Firebird for $2,000 the only thing wrong with it is that the water pump might need to be replaced how much would that be and could that lead in to other problems with the vehicleHow much does it cost to replace the water pump in a 1996 pontiac Firebird?The pump itself is @$120 for the V8

Get a new distributor cap , rotor button, and plug wires too.....



Government Motors decided to put the distributor under the water pump on those V8 models for some reason.
