How to install a water pump on a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V6 4WD?

I would like to know how to install a water pump on a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Is it difficult? I can do minor repairs myself (window regulators, o2 sensors, etc..) would this classify as a simple repair? The more details the better! Any websites with some pictures would be appreciated too.
