I just bought a jeep and it needs a water pump ; i know itll be cheaper if i find somebody to do it but how much do you think it will be to have it put in ?

The pump should run about $40 or so depending on where you buy it. You don't need the fancy one, OEM is fine.



Plan on about $100 installed depending on the garage and labor rates. Shop around, try some of the independent garages, especially if they will put in a pump you buy. Garages often have mark-ups of up to 100% or more on parts, so if you can buy it and have someone do the install you can save some money. I know a lot of guys who would do the work for lunch and a twelve-pack...



Registration?? Depends on your state, some are easy, just a flat-fee, others, like here in California, get you for every penny they can.
